Within moments of requesting a document or a set of documents, our advanced document viewing window is presented to the user. Our document viewing interface enables users to effortlessly navigate through documents, view simplex and duplex media, add annotations, forward documents via email, view and update journal entries, and so much more.
Most importantly, documents and all other attached media is accessible without needing a secondary "document imaging" application. To access documents, users simply click the documents button and choose specific documents to retrieve and work on. Additionally, multiple users are able to simultaneously view and collaborate on the same documents, files, and electronic folders.
Application level integration
USSI has made a significant investment incorporating its comprehensive document management solutions at the application level, ensuring both consistency and user-friendliness. While utilizing our complete suite of InsurancePlus Insurance Administration Systems, users will discover that documents are accessible on customer service screens, policyholder information screens, accounting and billing screens, and others.
Once a user has requested to retrieve documents, they are provided with a list that includes document description, types, scanned dates, and number of pages for each document. Users now have the option to review an individual document, a collection of documents, or the entire electronic folder.
