Keith Fischer has been in leadership positions in the insurance software and technology industry for over three decades. He focuses on creating loyal clients, best-in-class software solutions, support services, and driving growth. Product innovation and support services leadership is core to his success model. Mr. Fischer started his career with USSI in 1988 and continues to expand USSI’s market share and leadership in the insurance industry.

Creating a safe and welcoming work environment while maintaining the operational integrity of USSI is just one of the many attributes that defines Mrs. Verdon as an imperative member of our leadership team. Along with the human resources skills that Mrs. Verdon holds, her innate ability to problem solve and overcome challenges by looking at a problem from every angle, results in her ability to offer solutions to our clients, and our team.

A leader in software design, engineering, and overall development, Mr. Rivera has been the leading force in our mission to maintain modern and reliable critical insurance software solutions. Mr. Rivera’s leadership role also includes management and oversight of all software development team members as well as the client services department at USSI. Working closely with our clients to ascertain their specific needs, and then developing agile software solutions is just one of Mr. Rivera’s many strengths.
Mrs. Sandy WordellSenior Special Projects Manager
As a 32 year veteran, Mrs. Wordell has been a vital part of the heartbeat of USSI. She specializes in in Individual Life and Health software development, but her skill set cannot be defined by a single title. Mrs. Wordell has launched and managed over 100 clients since her tenure began in 1991, and continues to innovate and exceed the needs of those clients with her hands-on approach and anticipatory nature.
Mr. Jim MihalVice President
Mr. Mihal has been with our company since 1988 and was instrumental in developing and writing several of our software products including Document Wizard and our Advanced Policy Printing System. Problem solving and troubleshooting are some of his many strengths and he strives to ensure that our company is always on track and ahead of the curve.
Mr. Jerry ChestnuttChief Financial Officer
Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Mr. Jerry Chestnutt knows the name of the game, and never put all his chips on one bet. As the CFO, Mr. Chestnutt is tasked with managing finances, however, his flexibility with clients, ability to predict the company’s future needs, and ensure USSI’s stability and profit are some of the immeasurable expertise he brings to the table.
One of our main directives at USSI, is to make sure that our teams are educated, encouraged, and empowered in order to achieve success.
